When you subscribe to a membership from http://kaldelegal.com.au/ you are contracting with KALDE PTY LTD (ACN: 18 090 020 741 ) an Australian company located at 133 Alexander St, Crows Nest in New South Wales, Australia trading as http://kaldelegal.com.au/ (‘KALDE’ or ‘We’).
USAGE RULES
Any subscriptions to publications from documentsonline.com.au are conditional upon your prior acceptance of the Terms of Use. The most current version of the Terms of Use can be reviewed by clicking on the ‘Terms of Use’ hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web Home Pages.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your subscription you may do so at any time. Cancelling a subscription means that access to that subscription will cease on the subscription period end date and you will not continue to pay a yearly subscription fee after that date.
To cancel your subscription:
- Log into www.kaldelegal.com.au using your username and password
- Navigate to: Manage Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Manage Subscription > Cancel. Subscriptions have a minimum s period of one year. All subscriptions renew indefinitely until the subscriber elects to cancel.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not issued for payments made in relation to any subscriptions. If you cancel a subscription, you will have access to the publication until the date of cancellation and no refund will be made. This is a digital product which is made available to you immediately. Please choose carefully.
AGREEMENT TO PAY
You agree to pay for any subscriptions to products and services from this site , and we may charge your payment card or account for those products and services and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) as may be accrued by or in connection with your account. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING US WITH A VALID PAYMENT CARD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. All fees will be billed to the payment card you designate during the purchase process. If you wish to designate a different payment card or if there is a change in your payment card status, please change your payment card in the settings section of your user account.
PRICES
Prices of subscriptions are subject to change. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, and do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop, increase or promotional offering. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (‘GST’)
All subscriptions are subject to GST.
BILLING
If you use the Shopping Cart functionality you will have one order that authorises and bills as a single transaction.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit and debit cards. If a credit or debit card is being used for a transaction, we may obtain a pre-approval from the issuing company for an amount up to the amount of the order.
Debits to your card occur on the date of initial purchase and or every subsequent anniversary unless you opt out. Subscriptions are charged in advance annually. All subscriptions have a minimum one year term.
We accept the following types of credit and debit cards: Visa and MasterCard . Please note, we are unable to accept credit or debit cards issued by banks outside of Australia or prepaid gift cards issued by credit card companies. Cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order. If a transaction has been declined due to credit or debit card issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your transaction and should use another payment card.
